9. 电脑 - 汉字与汉语拼音输入法

      一、运用手写板输入汉字

      二、学习汉语拼音的基本步骤

      三、应用汉语拼音拼出汉字输入电脑

汉字的读音是由声母和韵母组合而成的,声母发音轻而短,韵母发音则重,标上四声的调号,就可以读出一个字了。

1) 先认识声母和韵母

(1)声 母, (2)借声母, (3)单韵母, (4)复韵母, (5)前鼻韵母, (6)后鼻韵母, (7)整体认读音节

2)两拼方法

声母和韵母直接拼读。

3)三拼连读的方法

从声母开始发音,加上介音(i u ü),再读韵母,三音快速拼读成一个音节

  11. MS Office 2007 - Word  
  Microsoft Office Word 2007 allows users to facilitate the use of computers to create, revise, and save documents for printing and future retrieval. It will provide you with the basic concepts required to produce basic business documents. Microsoft Word 2007 makes creating and editing documents even easier by providing a user-friendly environment, enabling you to add text, graphics, tables, formatting, and more with just a few mouse clicks.

Course Prerequisites
Students should be familiar with using personal computers and have used a mouse and keyboard. You should be comfortable in the Windows environment and be able to use Windows to manage information on your computer. Specifically, you should be able to launch and close programs; navigate to information stored on the computer; and manage files and folders. Students should have completed the following courses or possess equivalent knowledge before starting with this course:

  • Create a document.
  • Edit documents by locating and modifying text.

  • Format paragraphs.

  12. MS Office 2007 - Excel  
 

Microsoft Office Excel 2007 allows you to quickly update existing data, run reports on the data, calculate totals, and chart, sort, and filter your data. Previously, using paper-based method to store data, you need to erase the totals row every time you add a new row of data. The totals row has be to re-written after manually adding the newly added data with the previous total. This is time consuming and can cause data loss. In an electronic spreadsheet, you can simply insert a new row and add the new data. The totals row could be set to update whenever the data changes. Storing data electronically becomes more efficient.

Students should be familiar with using personal computers and have used a mouse and keyboard. You should be comfortable in the Windows environment and be able to use Windows to manage information on your computer. Specifically, you should be able to launch and close programs; navigate to information stored on the computer; and manage files and folders.   Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 allows presenter to establish their authority and professionalism with a dynamic presentation style that makes full use of PowerPoint's features. By using PowerPoint to create and deliver presentations, you will capture your audience's attention and communicate your ideas more effectively.

Course Prerequisites
Students should be familiar with using personal computers and have used a mouse and keyboard. You should be comfortable in the Windows environment and be able to use Windows to manage information on your computer. Specifically, you should be able to launch and close programs; navigate to information stored on the computer; and manage files and folders. Students should have completed the following courses or possess equivalent knowledge before starting with this course:

14. Adobe Photoshop

 

Photoshop is the software that entices people to acquire skills beyond an introductory level of knowledge, because it is actually enjoyable to learn and encourages experimentation with it. Photoshop users are fascinated at the power it possesses as a program for editing images over the years. When you launch Photoshop on the computer, you will know that you are about to work with such a photo-manipulation application that is more versatile and sophisticated than expected.

Pre-requisite: Simple Windows skills, basic use of Keyboard and Mouse

  • Introduction to Photoshop
  • How to make & manipulate selections
  • How to work with colours
  • How to apply gradients, stroke a selection
  • Photo repairing techniques: Clone and Pattern stamps, Healing Brush, Patch Tool
  • Photo retouching techniques: Blur, Colour Balance, Hue, Saturation, Variations, Contrast, and Brightness
  • Work with layers: stacking order, visibility, renaming, blending, moving, auto-select, layer linking, alignment
  • Shapes and Layer Styles: What's different between layer styles and custom layer styles, How to apply styles from style palette
  • Practical techniques: e.g. (for persons' photo) eliminate red eye/glass glare, reduce wrinkles, tinting hair, create motion effects; (for outdoor photo) change the time of day, add lighting effects, make greener grass, remove unwanted stuff, etc
 
     
 

15. Web Page Design

 

Pre-requisite: Simple Windows skills, internet skills and basic use of Keyboard and Mouse.

 

15.1          Dreamweaver

Dreamweaver offers us versatile visual layout tools to create, manage and maintain Web sites

  • How to add Text and Graphics

  • How to build a table, insert image and button
  • What are the methods to create links
  • What are the Frame and Rollover Buttons

 

15.2          Flash

·         How to create frames

·         How to add text and navigation

·         How to work with movie clip

·        How to create shape tweening

·         How to create motion tweening

·         How to embed movie in Dreamweaver

 

15.3          Fireworks

Fireworks support most graphics formats for further enhancement of quality and interactivity, and the resulting images can be easily exported to Dreamweaver and Flash

  • How to edit bitmap graphics
  • How to work in vector mode
  • How to add special effects for Text & Objects
  • What to do with multiple format object
  • Optimize and Export Graphics into Dreamweaver

 

15.4          Web Site Administration

  • How to setup a Site, and allocate resources
  • How to preview, check and test a site
  • Register for a free home space (Registration the website is Free-of-Charge)
  • How to Publish your site to the Web

Remarks: Each participant will practice designing, developing and testing the multimedia web pages step by step using the interactive Web Authoring Tools

 
     
  16. PC Maintenance Upgrade and Repair

 

·         Troubleshooting of PC problems

·         Upgrading knowledge

·         Guided instructions in disassembling and re-assembling your laptops (warranties will not be affected)

·         Notes and hardware tools will be provided

·         Upgrading PC components

 

      Class Requirements and Remarks:

 

·         Basic computer knowledge

 
     
  17. Basic PC networking
  • Sharing your Internet connection and single printer between the many PCs you have at home
  • Transfer files from desktop PC to another desktop PCs or Laptop without cables or plugging a thumb-drive to and fro the machines
  • Covers the steps to the sharing of your Internet connection and other resources through a network environment.

 

Class Requirements and Remarks:

  • Strongly recommended to participants who have attended the PC maintenance, upgrade and repair course.
  • With  computer knowledge
